Return Policy
All sales are considered FINAL. We do not offer returns or exchanges under standard circumstances. In exceptional cases where a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be granted solely at our discretion. We strongly advise reviewing our size guide carefully before completing your purchase. Shipping costs and international duties/taxes are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, it will be issued based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Any resulting fluctuations and associated fees from your financial institution are the responsibility of the cardholder. All concerns regarding received orders must be submitted in writing to info@sickofplanetearth.com within five (5) calendar days of delivery.

Damages
Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival. Claims related to damage or incorrect items must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of delivery. If an incorrect item was sent, you must contact us at info@sickofplanetearth.com within 72 hours of receipt. When reporting damages, include clear images and a detailed description to facilitate review and resolution.
Payment
All transactions must be completed using one of the accepted credit card options listed at checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), and all payments are processed securely at the time of purchase.
Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries, with the exception of P.O. boxes and freight forwarding services. Unless otherwise specified, products are shipped directly from our production facilities overseas. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for order verification and processing, and up to four (4) weeks for final delivery. Orders destined for the U.S. and Canada are transferred to USPS and Canada Post for final delivery. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will not be refunded. Shipping fees are flat-rate by country and may include additional charges based on order size and weight. Supplemental handling fees may also apply in certain cases.
International Duty and Tax
All import duties, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. During the checkout process, international customers may be informed of potential charges.
